I. Payment comes first. No more than DANA, OVO, GOPAY, SHOPEEPAY, and QRIS (without rate) are approved for transaction.

II. The procedure depends on the quantity of requests and the busyness of caregivers, this could take 1-5 days to complete your order. An extra rush request will incur a cost (+2k-5k).

III. Only minor revisions will be accepted unless they contain inconsistencies on the part of the editor. Revision as changing picture will be invoiced at 50% of the original charge. Mainly allow adjustments once per one × twenty-four hours.

IV. Only accepting customer-supplied photos; applications from seller will impose an extra cost. Especially for 2D character, must be from customer. Preferably use a digital free trade image if the photo was from you. Use of purchased images, fansite images, scans, and forbidden things is banned.

V. We do not offer refunds in the case that something goes wrong. Unless we are at fault.
